چکیده

The asymmetric introduction of the CF3 unit is a powerful tool for modifying pharmacokinetic properties and slowing metabolic degradation in medicinal chemistry. A catalytic enantioselective addition ?-CF3 enolates allows expeditious access to functionalized chiral building blocks with CF3-containing stereogenicity. computational studies reveal that choice ligand designed palladium-complex system regulates regioselectivity stereoselectivity allylic alkyation ketones Morita–Baylis–Hillman adducts.

A catalytic enantioselective and regiodivergent arylation of alkenes is described. Chiral copper(II)bisoxazoline complexes catalyze the addition of diaryliodonium salts to allylic amides in excellent ee. Moreover, the arylation can be controlled by the electronic nature of the diaryliodonium salt enabling the preparation of nonracemic diaryloxazines or β,β'-diaryl enamides.

Pd-catalyzed allylations are an excellent tool for stereoselective peptide modifications, being clearly superior to normal alkylations. The reactions proceed not only in high yield, but also high regio- and diastereoselectivities, and trans-products are formed exclusively.
